About the Role

You will provide temporary support to the Human Capital Management team for a 6-8 week assignment in the New York office. You will extract and organize Peakon survey data, cross-check all figures before they go into reports, populate results decks using a standard PowerPoint template, flag data issues such as missing teams or groups below the anonymity threshold, perform light formatting and QA on decks, and work closely with the HCM team to keep report packs moving through review.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills including lookups, basic formulas, and cross-referencing data across sheets
  • Strong PowerPoint skills working within a template with consistent formatting
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is beneficial but not required
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable asking questions and flagging uncertainty rather than assuming
  • Able to work to a defined structure and template
  • Discreet handling of confidential and sensitive employee data

Responsibilities

  • Extract and organize Peakon survey data (driver scores, question-level scores, participation rates) for assigned business areas
  • Cross-check all figures against Peakon and data files before they go into any report
  • Populate individual results decks using the standard PowerPoint template
  • Flag data issues such as missing teams, blended scores across areas, and groups below the anonymity threshold
  • Perform light formatting and QA, checking decks for consistency, correct branding, and no leftover placeholder text
  • Work closely with the HCM team to keep packs moving through review
