About the Role

You will provide hands-on IT support from the Nashville office and datacenter. You will deploy and maintain hardware, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, onboard employees and set up accounts and devices, manage identity and access systems, administer SaaS accounts, maintain device management and MDM, monitor and respond to security events, manage office networking and conferencing equipment, assist with procurement, and manage the IT equipment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
  • Networking principles and technologies (TCP/IP DNS DHCP firewall)
  • Experience with identity providers and access management (Okta Keycloak MS-365 Google Workspace AWS IAM)
  • Hands on experience managing and troubleshooting macOS ChromeOS iOS and Android devices
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions (Kandji Intune Jamf Google Workspace MDM)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to employees
  • Deploy and manage hardware in the Nashville datacenter
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and networking issues
  • Onboard new employees and set up accounts and devices
  • Assist with IT related training and documentation
  • Manage identity and access systems
  • Administer user accounts and permissions in SaaS solutions
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
  • Manage office network including fiber routers switches and wireless access points
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Install and maintain conferencing equipment
  • Manage network drops and cabling
  • Manage and administer macOS ChromeOS iOS and Android devices
  • Implement and maintain MDM solutions
  • Ensure operating systems and software are up to date
  • Monitor and respond to security events and incidents
  • Implement security measures to protect company data and systems
  • Assist with selection and procurement of IT hardware and software
  • Manage lifecycle of IT equipment including disposal and replacement
