About the Role
You will assess existing systems and identify opportunities for AI integration across client projects. You will design scalable AI architectures develop prototypes and demonstrators translate technical concepts into business outcomes collaborate with engineering and data specialists evaluate emerging tools and produce technical documentation and recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions
- Hands-on experience with large language models agentic AI retrieval-augmented generation orchestration frameworks prompt engineering evaluation techniques and generative AI architectures
- Ability to engage with clients and senior stakeholders
- Experience assessing technical solutions and contributing to AI adoption approaches
- Software engineering skills with hands-on Python experience
- Experience with modern AI development frameworks
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise systems APIs workflows and cloud-native architectures
- Understanding of AI governance security scalability safety and responsible AI
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience developing prototypes technical demonstrations and innovation showcases
- Comfort working in ambiguous fast-moving environments
- Experience contributing to business development technical bids or innovation programmes desirable
- Experience across manufacturing infrastructure digital twins smart systems or industrial transformation beneficial
- Successful completion of BPSS clearance
Responsibilities
- Support technical discovery and solution assessment
- Evaluate systems architectures and data environments
- Identify opportunities for AI integration and optimisation
- Design scalable AI solution architectures
- Discuss AI concepts with clients and partners
- Contribute technical expertise to proposals bids workshops and strategic engagements
- Develop prototypes demonstrators and proof-of-concepts
- Collaborate with software engineers data specialists and solution architects
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies tools and frameworks
- Produce technical collateral architecture documentation and recommendations
