About the Role
You will build and deploy AI copilot and autopilot systems for risk and compliance operations. You will connect diverse data sources develop transformer-based models tune prompts orchestrate production workflows evaluate performance and monitor systems while working with product engineering platform and operations stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of machine learning modeling experience
- Master's or advanced degree in a relevant technical field
- 3+ years of AI engineering and large language model experience preferred
- Experience with traditional NLP techniques
- Experience building and deploying scalable production machine learning systems
- Experience driving programs with cross-functional stakeholders
- Curious growth-oriented and first-principles mindset
