About the Role
You will define the architecture and technical strategy for an AI agent platform. You will design secure data access and semantic-layer integrations build governance and evaluation frameworks establish engineering standards and partner across functions to enable reliable AI adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering platform engineering data engineering ML infrastructure or AI engineering
- Experience architecting and delivering production-grade AI platforms LLM-powered applications or autonomous agent systems
- Deep experience connecting LLMs securely to structured enterprise data
- Experience designing MCP servers function-calling frameworks or tool-use architectures
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and distributed systems expertise
- Experience with Snowflake dbt Airflow Kafka Python Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
- Experience with testing monitoring CI/CD observability and operational excellence
- Ability to influence technical direction across teams without direct authority
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks
- Experience with semantic-layer technologies such as dbt Metrics or LookML
- Experience building internal developer platforms
- Experience in fintech banking healthcare or other regulated industries
- Experience with data lineage governance audit or compliance automation
Responsibilities
- Define the architecture and technical strategy for the AI Agent Factory
- Design MCP server architecture and AI-ready data access layers
- Architect integrations between AI agents and the semantic layer
- Establish authentication authorization auditability PII protection and responsible AI patterns
- Design frameworks for evaluating agent quality reliability and operational performance
- Establish technical standards across Engineering Data Security and Product
