About the Role
You design and ship an internal agent platform with templates, shared tools, retrieval systems, orchestration patterns, evaluation pipelines, and no-code abstractions. You choose when to build or orchestrate, protect data within controlled infrastructure, partner with business users, measure quality latency and cost, and teach users through workshops documentation and demonstrations.
Requirements
- Deep experience building production systems
- Fluency in at least two of Rust TypeScript Go and Python
- Experience with distributed systems API design data pipelines and reliable operations at scale
- Production experience with LLM APIs and agents
- Hands-on experience with agent orchestration tool calling retrieval-augmented generation prompt design and evaluation frameworks
- Experience taking agent systems from prototype to production
- Platform engineering mindset
- Experience with access controls and data classification
- Ability to build products for non-technical users
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and custom-built tooling
Responsibilities
- Build foundational infrastructure for creating deploying and managing AI agents
- Design agent templates shared tool libraries retrieval systems orchestration patterns and evaluation pipelines
- Evaluate commercial platforms frameworks and tools
- Build custom solutions where existing tools do not meet requirements
- Ensure agents run on controlled inference infrastructure
- Implement access controls that prevent cross-department data leakage
- Create usable abstractions defaults documentation and UX for non-engineers
- Understand business workflows and translate them into platform capabilities
- Measure platform impact quality latency and cost
- Run workshops write internal documentation and build proof-of-concept demonstrations
