About the Role
You will design, build, and deliver technical training for company-wide software platforms, including Google Workspace and Slack. You will create eLearning modules, videos, job aids, and other instructional materials; assess learning needs; improve onboarding and rollout programs; develop AI literacy content; and analyze learner feedback and engagement data. You will collaborate with IT, People Operations, HR, and business leaders and travel up to 30% as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 4–6 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related discipline, or a master's degree plus 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Portfolio of instructional design work
- Experience designing training curricula from the ground up
- Experience producing video or multimedia training content
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience working with corporate, technical, manufacturing, or field workforce audiences
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs for Google Workspace, Slack, and other company-wide platforms
- Identify learning needs and propose training programs and coursework
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions
- Create eLearning modules, video content, job aids, and instructional materials
- Redesign and improve the technical onboarding experience
- Develop and maintain AI literacy training content
- Use video, audio, and visual editing tools to create instructional materials
- Conduct training needs analyses
- Analyze learner feedback and engagement data
- Align training delivery with onboarding timelines, operational schedules, and technology rollouts
- Travel up to 30% for content delivery and stakeholder activities
