About the Role
You will review engineering resumes, portfolios, CAD and PCB work, hardware photos, and test results. You will assess candidates' technical depth, ownership, motivation, and fit; source engineering talent; guide candidates through recruiting; and develop independent technical hiring judgment.
Requirements
- Be in the final year of or have graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant engineering or technical field
- Have a strong technical foundation and interest in hardware engineering
- Demonstrate judgment of people and technical ownership
- Demonstrate high ownership, speed, and willingness to learn by doing
- Have strong communication skills and comfort speaking with engineers and candidates
- Be interested in technical recruiting
- Be currently authorized to work in the United States
- Meet applicable U.S. export-control authorization requirements
