About the Role
You will own full-cycle university recruiting for interns and new graduates in technical functions. You will partner with hiring leaders, develop university and community pipelines, run campus programs, assess candidates, use recruiting data to improve outcomes, and coordinate onboarding and return-offer processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with university, campus, early-career, or technical recruiting programs
- Experience recruiting technical talent
- Program management skills
- Fluency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, and sourcing tools
- Written and verbal communication skills
- AI fluency
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle university recruiting for technical internships and new-graduate roles
- Partner with hiring leaders to define candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and interview processes
- Build relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, career centers, and technical communities
- Plan and execute campus and community recruiting programs
- Source, assess, engage, and close early-career technical candidates
- Use recruiting data to improve funnel health, conversion, candidate experience, and source effectiveness
- Partner on intern and new-graduate onboarding and return-offer processes
- Provide market insight on early-career technical talent
