About the Role
You will define project scope and objectives, create and communicate technical plans, track progress and decisions, coordinate resources and dependencies, manage risks and changes, and align product, engineering, contractors, and customer-deployment timelines.
Requirements
- Technical background and expertise
- 5+ years of technical project planning and management experience for hardware and software projects
- Experience as a Scrum Master and facilitating sprint planning
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Understanding of complex multidisciplinary technical projects
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management
- Knowledge of RACI charts, JIRA, and project-management software
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Assist with defining project scope and objectives
- Develop detailed technical project plans
- Monitor and track projects, document decisions, and communicate progress
- Facilitate work breakdown, dependencies, scheduling, and assignment of responsibilities
- Facilitate information exchange between product and engineering
- Coordinate resources to execute projects and meet deployment timelines
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers
- Implement and manage project changes
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors
