About the Role

You will lead the integrated silicon program from architecture definition through tapeout, bring-up, and production ramp. You will coordinate internal engineering dependencies and external partners, establish lightweight execution processes, manage technical trade-offs, and develop AI-assisted program-management methods.

Requirements

• 8+ years of silicon or SoC program-management experience, chip-lead experience, or equivalent
• Ownership of a chip program that reached tapeout and production
• Technical fluency in front-end design, DV, PD, DFT, foundry, and packaging
• Experience managing external silicon partners, SOWs, delivery tracking, and escalations
• Experience building program mechanisms for ambiguous, fast-moving efforts
• Written communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously with limited process

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated silicon program plan from architecture closure through post-silicon bring-up
• Drive execution with ASIC design partners, IP vendors, foundries, and packaging and test partners
• Lead technology and IP evaluations and decision-making
• Build milestone, risk, dependency, review, release-management, and executive-reporting processes
• Coordinate silicon interfaces with hardware systems and inference, kernel, and compiler teams
• Lead post-silicon bring-up planning, testing, validation, and production readiness
• Develop AI-assisted methods for schedules, dependency modeling, consistency checks, deliverable tracking, and status synthesis
