You will design systems, workflows, and processes for research execution. You will manage release operations, roadmaps, compute allocation, communication cadences, dependencies, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement across science initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical program management, operations, or research coordination
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional initiative management
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Track pretraining and posttraining releases
- Build systematic release operations
- Translate research goals into actionable roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional work and clear roadblocks
- Manage GPU allocation and quotas
- Lead science updates, all-hands, and company digests
- Run retrospectives and improve processes, templates, and feedback loops
