About the Role

Own the operational side of software development, including intake, prioritization, delivery tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Ensure work is clearly defined, appropriately scoped, visible, and followed through. Apply technical depth to architecture discussions, dependencies, and project reporting while translating effectively between engineers and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience with direct engineering-led delivery
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across time zones and engineering teams
  • Ability to manage intake, triage requests, and define scope and priorities with technical leads
  • Experience tracking resource allocation and team workloads across multiple pods
  • Fluency with JIRA, dashboards, documentation, and delivery tooling
  • Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
  • Independent, proactive operating style with strong accountability
  • Ability to understand architecture, dependencies, and implementation complexity without coding
  • Based in London and able to bridge execution between New York and Hong Kong
  • High agency and low ego
  • Bonus: experience in digital assets, financial markets, or operations-heavy technology environments
  • Bonus: prior software engineering or hands-on technical experience
  • Bonus: familiarity with staking, validators, or blockchain infrastructure

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery across Blockchain Engineering teams
  • Partner with the Head of Blockchain Engineering and support engineering teams across New York and Hong Kong
  • Own intake for new workstreams, including clarification, scoping, and prioritization
  • Maintain a global view of team resourcing, priorities, conflicts, and gaps
  • Manage complex initiatives spanning multiple teams or functions
  • Create status dashboards and reporting tools for leadership and stakeholders
  • Facilitate planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and maintain accurate JIRA project states
  • Provide concise, structured status updates to senior leadership
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and controls teams on dependencies
  • Identify blockers, risks, scope changes, and resourcing issues early
  • Coordinate delivery across time zones and maintain consistent execution rhythms
  • Chase vendor updates, resolve cross-team dependencies, and keep commitments on track
  • Improve delivery process maturity across the Technology organization
  • Champion thoughtful adoption of AI, automation platforms, and data copilots
