About the Role
You will run planning and execution for foundational enterprise capabilities across product surfaces. You will establish readiness criteria, lead high-priority programs through delivery, work with customers on security and compliance reviews, translate regulatory needs into roadmaps, and report coverage, gaps, dependencies, and progress to leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience building cross-functional programs in ambiguous environments
- Experience driving decisions among senior leaders
- Experience driving adoption of platform or horizontal capabilities across product teams
- Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of identity and access management, data governance, audit logging, and spend controls
- Experience working with regulated customers on security reviews, audit findings, and contract redlines
Responsibilities
- Run the foundational-capability roadmap across product surfaces
- Maintain ownership, dependencies, coverage, and status for leadership
- Drive enterprise capability programs from scoping through delivery
- Define enterprise readiness requirements for products and features
- Assess in-flight features that lack required controls
- Partner with customer-facing teams on deals, escalations, and security reviews
- Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs and roadmaps
