About the Role
You will lead programs across the compute lifecycle, from capacity procurement and onboarding to allocation, utilization, migration, and decommissioning. You will build operational visibility, resolve cross-functional dependencies, improve planning processes, and guide trade-off decisions involving cost, latency, reliability, and utilization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical program management experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or compute-intensive environments
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs
- Experience working with research or ML teams
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cluster management, job scheduling, and resource orchestration
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drive critical compute lifecycle programs across engineering, research, and operations teams
- Maintain visibility into compute supply, demand, utilization, and health
- Coordinate capacity onboarding, workload migrations, and decommissions
- Align stakeholders on compute planning, allocation, and utilization
- Close operational gaps through tooling, process, and communication improvements
- Lead trade-off discussions on utilization, cost, latency, and reliability
- Improve frameworks for planning, tracking, and executing compute programs
