About the Role

You will research fintech markets, payment regulations, and competitors to identify product opportunities. You will own merchant-facing payment product features from requirements gathering and PRDs through deployment. You will collaborate with engineering, design, operations, compliance, banking partners, and regional teams to deliver secure, localized solutions. You will define product metrics, analyze feature adoption, and continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements

  • Have 3–5 years of product management experience with fintech, payment gateway, POS, SaaS, or merchant-facing B2B products.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate professional written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Understand payment ecosystems, including acquiring, processing, POS hardware and software, or open banking API integrations.
  • Break down ambiguous business requirements into structured, prioritized product backlogs.

Responsibilities

  • Research global fintech markets, payment regulations, and competitor offerings to identify product opportunities.
  • Own the product lifecycle for merchant-facing payment features from requirements gathering and PRDs through deployment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to translate merchant pain points into product solutions.
  • Establish product metrics, analyze merchant feature adoption, and optimize the user experience.
  • Coordinate with compliance, banking partners, and regional teams to deliver secure, regulatory-compliant, localized solutions.
