About the Role
You will own the roadmap and end-to-end delivery of Level 4 autonomous-driving features. You will align product initiatives with customer needs and regulatory frameworks, collaborate with engineering, safety, validation, design, and commercial functions, and turn technical innovation into market-ready customer experiences.
Requirements
- Technical product management experience delivering products with a consumer mindset in a technical domain
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Technical background in AI, machine learning, software engineering, robotics, or a related discipline
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for Level 4 autonomous-driving features
- Align product strategy with customer needs and regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with design, system architecture, software, validation, and safety functions
- Own feature development from concept definition through implementation, validation, and production deployment
- Monitor autonomous-vehicle trends, regulations, and competitors to inform product decisions
- Lead product discussions in internal reviews and external engagements
