About the Role

Shape and drive stablecoin and real-world asset tokenization products by translating business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with engineers and smart contract developers, integrating oracles, supporting proof-of-reserve and transparency systems, and assisting with testing, audits, and incident response.

Requirements

3+ years of product management, technical program management, or software engineering experience in fintech, crypto, or DeFi
Strong understanding of blockchains, smart contracts, and token standards such as ERC-20 and ERC-4626
Experience with stablecoins, RWA tokenization, or digital asset custody and settlement
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, liquidity management, and oracle integrations
Knowledge of APIs, RPCs, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for stablecoin and RWA tokenization products
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for blockchain and smart contract development
Design and deliver token issuance, redemption, and reserve management systems with engineering
Oversee oracle integrations, proof-of-reserve, and transparency dashboards
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including testing, audit support, and incident response
