About the Role
You will design and scale spot, margin, futures, perpetual, and options trading products. You will set product strategy and roadmaps, improve trading UX and liquidity, define risk controls, oversee launches, and translate stakeholder and client needs into delivery plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product-management experience focused on crypto trading platforms, derivatives, blockchain or digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
- Expert knowledge of derivatives products, margining, order workflows, and market microstructure.
- Experience leading large-scale web and app trading-platform transformations.
- Understanding of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks.
- Experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches with Compliance and Legal.
- Experience working with institutional clients, market makers, and vendor partners.
- Technical fluency in exchange systems and blockchain technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale crypto trading products across spot, margin, futures, perpetuals, and options.
- Research industry trends, customers, and competitors.
- Drive trading UX across web and app.
- Own liquidity parameters and fee strategy for delta-one products.
- Define and enhance trading risk controls and monitoring.
- Own product strategy and roadmap from ideation through scaling.
- Translate stakeholder and client needs into requirements and delivery plans.
- Support cross-border distribution and new product lines while meeting regulatory and operational requirements.
