About the Role
You will own lending-market design, including collateral thresholds, interest-rate models, caps, oracles, monitoring, and incident playbooks. You will establish liquidity and infrastructure, shape customer experiences, evaluate protocols and partners, and ensure products meet EU regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years building and scaling DeFi or crypto products
- Deep knowledge of lending markets, collateral, liquidation, interest-rate models, oracles, curation, and bad debt
- Ability to read Solidity smart-contract code
- Experience bringing DeFi applications into regulated consumer products
- Knowledge of EU crypto regulations, including MiCA
- Excellent English documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Design and run lending markets
- Set loan-to-value thresholds, liquidation thresholds, interest-rate curves, caps, and oracles
- Own monitoring and incident playbooks
- Develop liquidity for permissioned markets and assets
- Ensure required DeFi infrastructure is available
- Shape lending and risk experiences in the app
- Evaluate protocols and partners for Vision Chain
- Develop business cases and address EU consumer-credit and MiCA requirements
