About the Role
You will be the strategic owner of Amanotes' Platform & AI Transformation, leading the development of scalable internal platforms, personalization capabilities, AI-driven automation, and strong data foundations that help the company work smarter, move faster, and create greater business impact. You will translate company strategy into clear product direction, build strong technical product capabilities, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver innovative solutions that improve productivity, user experience, and long-term growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or technology management roles
- Proven experience leading large-scale engineering organizations, technical platforms, or digital product ecosystems
- Strong strategic leadership capability with proven experience driving technical vision, organizational scaling, and technology strategy
- Strong technical foundation in software architecture

Responsibilities
- Build the analytics and operations platform for UA, Creative, and Ads Ops automation with auto and smart bidding
- Support and manage creative production from idea to result
- Build a holistic A/B testing system covering ideation, hypothesis, conclusion, and report aggregation
- Develop advanced product analytics with proactive anomaly detection and trend monitoring
- Automate app publishing flow, app store management, and compliance
- Manage licensing and standardized song analytics
- Lead development of dynamic difficulty adjustment for user experience and progression
- Build a song recommendation engine based on user behavior and preferences
- Optimize personalized monetization for ads and IAP formats and pricing
- Build user understanding infrastructure with unified user profiles across the game portfolio
- Evaluate build vs buy decisions for recommendation system ML models
- Drive AI-first transformation across production and operations with agentic AI capabilities
- Own data collection and cleaning pipelines with operation logs integration
- Enable democratized data access across teams
- Build proactive monitoring systems with anomaly detection and predictive models
- Create a sandboxed product testing environment
- Establish data governance and quality frameworks
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy
- Ensure strategic alignment using impact-effort prioritization and ROI validation
- Manage dependencies across platforms and coordinate adoption with game divisions
- Establish success metrics for each capability component
- Build and lead a technical product team of Product Owners Data Scientists and Analysts
- Establish product management practices balancing speed with quality and learning
- Drive build vs buy decisions for third-party solutions versus in-house development
- Foster an AI-first mindset within the team
- Create measurement frameworks to track impact and drive continuous improvement
- Run customer success programs and drive stakeholder adoption
- Provide regular roadmap updates to management
- Collaborate with game divisions subsidiaries and portfolio companies
- Work with external technology vendors and licensing partners
- Communicate platform incidents and issues to stakeholders
- Establish and manage an R&D lab focused on emerging music technologies
- Run innovation cycles including ideation sprints and rapid prototyping
- Explore AI-generated music variations and audio-based CNN for song analysis
- Bridge research to production for successful experiments
- Foster partnerships with universities and research institutions
- Allocate innovation budget and team capacity for experimentation
- Document and share learnings from experiments
