About the Role

You will define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for AI-powered products and features. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. You will translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and technical requirements. You will work with AI/ML teams on LLM applications, AI agents, automation tools, recommendation systems, or data intelligence products. You will conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify product opportunities. You will prioritize product features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility, monitor product performance and engagement metrics, and coordinate product launches with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, SaaS, fintech, or technology companies
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI workflows
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in agile development environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
