About the Role
You will set technical direction for synthetic-data capabilities, connect generation, evaluation, and training workflows, and lead critical code and experiments. You will manage ML engineers and applied scientists, drive planning, hire and mentor staff, and align execution with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ML engineering or applied research experience
- 4+ years of people-management experience
- Generative modelling knowledge
- Experience with video generative or world models
- Knowledge of cameras and 3D geometry
- Experience measuring generated-data impact on downstream models
- Experience operating multi-GPU generation or training
