About the Role

You will lead the technical strategy, execution, and delivery of complex AI solutions. You will remain hands-on with coding and reviews, mentor Applied AI Engineers, lead pre-sales discussions, oversee LLM systems, evaluate emerging tools, and incorporate customer feedback into product development.

Requirements

PhD or Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field
7/8+ years of AI/ML experience
2+ years in a technical leadership role focused on AI products or enterprise solutions
Experience leading teams to deliver complex AI projects from prototyping to production
Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, advanced RAG, agentic systems, and deploying NLP applications at scale
Python and PyTorch proficiency
Software engineering skills in API design, backend or full-stack development, and system architecture
Technical communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience mentoring technical talent

Responsibilities

Deliver critical code for complex projects
Review and optimize AI solutions
Lead and mentor Applied AI Engineers
Lead technical pre-sales discussions
Design and oversee complex AI systems including fine-tuning, RAG, agentic workflows, and custom LLM applications
Identify emerging AI trends and evaluate tools and methodologies
Champion best practices for fine-tuning, inference, and deployment
Integrate customer feedback into product development
