About the Role
You will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise agent deployments, from statements of work through production. You will define delivery plans, scope products, guide technical discovery, run engineering execution, manage customer stakeholders, and measure value. You will navigate regulatory complexity, capture reusable delivery patterns, and travel to customer sites.
Requirements
- Experience leading AI or ML engagements or deployments
- Experience delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production
- Experience in a specialized industry vertical
- Ability to evaluate architecture trade-offs and technical decisions
- Experience delivering complex enterprise technical projects
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams in regulated industries
Responsibilities
- Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses
- Map customer workflows and constraints and shape solution architecture
- Drive day-to-day engineering execution across customer and internal teams
- Define requirements, prioritize the engineering backlog, and manage scope
- Lead executive briefings and stakeholder communications
- Define impact hypotheses, baselines, KPIs, and deployment measurements
- Capture reusable delivery patterns and share field feedback
- Navigate security reviews, legal approvals, procurement, compliance, and organizational dynamics
- Manage requirement changes, contract modifications, and risks
- Run sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and engagement reporting
- Travel to customer sites
