About the Role
You will own enterprise AI agent engagements from statements of work through production deployment. You will develop delivery plans, lead technical discovery, manage engineering execution and scope, run stakeholder communications, and measure business value. You will build reusable delivery playbooks, navigate regulatory requirements, and travel to customer sites to accelerate adoption.
Requirements
- Experience leading AI or ML engagements or deployments
- Experience delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production
- Experience in a specialized industry vertical
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs
- Experience delivering complex enterprise technical projects
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams in regulated industries
Responsibilities
- Structure statements of work with scope, milestones, dependencies, success criteria, and value hypotheses
- Map customer workflows, identify constraints, define MVP scope, and shape solution architecture
- Drive engineering delivery across customer and internal teams
- Define MVP requirements, prioritize the engineering backlog, and manage evolving scope
- Lead executive briefings and stakeholder communications
- Define impact hypotheses, baselines, KPIs, and deployment measurements
- Build solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks
- Navigate security reviews, legal approvals, procurement, compliance, and organizational dynamics
- Manage changes, contract modifications, risks, and escalations
- Run sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting
- Travel to customer sites
