About the Role
You will establish and improve configuration and change-management processes across the engineering lifecycle. You will manage baselines, releases, audits, and engineering traceability; support requirements management and Automotive SPICE compliance; prepare assessment evidence; and improve workflows, tooling, automation, metrics, and guidance.
Requirements
- Configuration-management experience in automotive, aerospace, or complex software and systems engineering
- Knowledge of configuration identification, baselines, change control, status accounting, and configuration audits
- Experience across software, systems-engineering, and requirements-management lifecycles
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Jama Connect, Jira, or equivalent tools
- Communication skills for establishing processes across engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and improve configuration management processes
- Establish configuration structures and baselines across engineering work products
- Maintain traceability across requirements, architecture, software, verification evidence, and releases
- Support requirements structure, attributes, traceability, baselining, change management, and tooling
- Support Automotive SPICE process application and assessment preparation
- Improve configuration and requirements workflows, tooling, automation, metrics, and guidance
