About the Role
You will lead technical onboarding and deployment of the LUDENS platform at client sites. You will analyze client needs, identify and resolve technical issues, and propose solutions that improve operational outcomes. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and design support processes and service delivery models to ensure reliable ongoing operation.
Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise clients
- Experience in software implementation support
- Experience in technical support
- Logical problem-solving ability
- Project management experience in system development (preferred)
- Experience in software sales or presales (preferred)
- Team management experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support clients with product implementation
- Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting
- Analyze client needs and propose technical solutions
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate business and technical discussions with stakeholders
- Design customer support processes and service delivery structures
