About the Role

You will manage technical relationships with strategic clients and coordinate priorities, milestones, deliverables, updates, risks, and mitigation plans. You will advise client teams on platform architecture, deployment, operations, upgrades, security, data management, compute resources, MLOps, monitoring, and scaling. You will integrate the product into client systems, troubleshoot technical challenges, capture feedback, and support advanced use cases such as edge computing and deep learning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Experience supporting pre-sales and post-sales engagements
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration and networking
  • Experience with LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, or IAM
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes setup, administration, troubleshooting, and tuning
  • Familiarity with Hadoop or Spark
  • Experience with Python
  • Data science knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of Java
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools

Responsibilities

  • Identify short and long-term client priorities and develop engagement plans
  • Manage project milestones, deliverables, status updates, issues, and risks
  • Maintain central technical information for client accounts
  • Improve documentation, processes, and knowledge sharing
  • Advise clients on platform architecture, deployment, operations, upgrades, security, data management, compute resources, MLOps, monitoring, and scaling
  • Integrate the product into client systems and troubleshoot technical challenges
  • Capture client feedback and feature requests
  • Advise client technology leaders on complementary technologies and long-term technical strategy
  • Support advanced use cases involving edge computing, deep learning, and MLOps
