About the Role
You will own technology sourcing and vendor negotiations from initial requirements through market research, commercial modelling, legal negotiation, approval, signature, and renewal readiness. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to evaluate vendor fit, model deal scenarios, prepare recommendations, improve procurement systems, and automate research, contract extraction, renewal alerts, benchmarking, and approval routing.
Requirements
- Experience in tech procurement strategic sourcing or vendor management
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Technical fluency to work with Product and Engineering
- Financial modelling skills covering pricing structures commitments credits discounts ramps usage scenarios renewals minimums and overages
- Process-oriented approach to building playbooks and improving data systems
- Comfort with contract invoice billing usage and vendor portal data
- Some SQL scripting or no-code experience is helpful
- Fluency in English
