About the Role
You will lead and grow the Bristol post-silicon validation team. You will define validation approaches, plan and execute chip bring-up, resolve issues across silicon, firmware, operating systems, and platforms, and improve automation and validation coverage. You will communicate progress, risks, and quality indicators to leadership and support product-readiness decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 20+ years in silicon, system, or platform validation
- 10+ years in technical leadership
- Experience leading post-silicon validation and bring-up for complex AI, GPU, or CPU SoCs
- Understand SoC architecture, coherency protocols, power management, and interconnects
- Expertise in debug tools, DFT infrastructure, and validation automation frameworks
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Linux-based environments
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and grow the post-silicon validation team in Bristol
- Define, plan, and execute chip bring-up activities
- Develop and refine post-silicon validation approaches for AI SoCs
- Lead cross-domain debugging and issue resolution across silicon, firmware, operating systems, and platforms
- Align design, software, and validation teams on quality objectives and debug priorities
- Advance validation automation, emulation, prototyping, and large-scale infrastructure
- Improve validation methods, automation, and analysis
- Report validation progress, risks, and quality indicators to leadership and partners
- Contribute to product-readiness assessments and roadmap decisions
