About the Role
Lead a software engineering team responsible for Adyen’s Global Cards platform in APAC, guiding technical direction, architecture, scalable payment software delivery, engineering quality, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience leading and developing software engineering teams
- Strong software engineering background
- Large-scale distributed systems experience
- Java or similar backend technology experience
- Technical mentorship and feedback experience
- Architectural decision-making experience
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Payment systems or card payments experience preferred
- Experience building resilient and scalable systems
