About the Role
You will lead Salesforce administrators and developers, manage performance and career progression, and support daily operations. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, plan capacity, sequence delivery, coordinate technical debt remediation, and maintain alignment across stakeholders and dependencies.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience as a Senior Administrator Product Owner or in a similar role
- 3 or more years of leadership experience
- Experience managing or partnering with senior technical staff
- Track record of delivering Salesforce projects and initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
- Experience leading teams and Scrum ceremonies
- Experience in change management and technology adoption
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Salesforce administrators and developers
- Conduct one-to-ones performance reviews and career progression activities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove delivery blockers
- Monitor team velocity and delivery cycles
- Plan capacity and allocate resources against backlog priorities
- Coordinate technical debt remediation timelines
- Maintain cross functional alignment and coordinate dependencies
- Report project timelines and delivery progress
