About the Role

You will lead and develop General Ledger and Tax specialists while improving record-to-report operations. You will automate the month-end process, manage GL activities, improve data quality and tax-return processes, support audits, prepare variance analysis, and collaborate across finance and business functions.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in financial accounting, tax compliance, and reporting within a multinational organization, including leadership experience
• Expertise in financial accounting and reporting
• Systems thinking for scaling finance operations
• People leadership and coaching skills
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and influence others
• Knowledge of General Ledger and Tax Accounting
• Ability to work within tight deadlines in an international environment

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and scale a multidisciplinary team of GL and Tax specialists
• Set team vision, manage resource planning, and foster accountability
• Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Drive automation across the record-to-report pipeline
• Manage General Ledger activities for expenditures, revenue, and accounts receivable
• Lead systems and product design work on data quality and touchless tax returns
• Support internal and external audits with GL and Tax Accounting information
• Prepare variance analysis during month-end close
