About the Role
You will lead and develop direct reports, set a clear direction, and oversee daily ways of working. You will simplify and automate financial accounting and reporting, ensure accurate monthly closes and periodic reports, lead financial initiatives, and contribute to scalable systems and product design.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of team-leadership experience
- 8–12 years of financial accounting and reporting experience in a multinational organization
- Expertise in financial accounting, reporting, and process optimization
- People leadership and coaching skills
- Communication and influencing skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear concepts
- Ability to work within tight deadlines in an international environment

- Build and lead a financial-control team
