About the Role

You will lead Ongoing Due Diligence specialists, set priorities, manage workloads, and keep delivery on track against service-level agreements. You will manage performance, monitor quality and SLA metrics, resolve complex cases, ensure consistent application of ODD policy, and represent ODD in leadership discussions.

Requirements

Experience leading a team in an operational KYC/AML-adjacent function
Knowledge of ODD/EDD practices and regulatory logic
Ability to use SLA and quality metrics
Fluency in Danish and English

Responsibilities

Lead the ODD specialist team day to day, managing workload, priorities, and delivery against SLAs
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address underperformance
Track SLA and quality metrics
Escalate complex or ambiguous cases and potential regulatory deviations
Ensure consistent application of ODD policy and procedure
Represent ODD in the FCP/Onboarding leadership forum and raise risks and resourcing needs
