About the Role

You will build and lead Adyen’s EMEA IT support function from the Amsterdam office. You will manage a distributed team of nine across Amsterdam, Madrid, and London, define short- and medium-term strategies, improve support operations, automate repetitive work, guide projects, make tooling decisions, and partner with regional stakeholders and vendors.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of people management and leadership experience in IT support, engineering, or a similar technical environment
  • Experience recruiting talent, managing performance, coaching, and mentoring
  • Business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep administrative experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, and Slack
  • Experience managing macOS environments
  • Knowledge of ticket management systems and data analysis
  • Experience using scripting and automation to reduce manual workloads
  • Technical understanding of Logitech meeting room equipment, Zoom Rooms, event spaces, all-hands areas, Grafana, and observability tools
  • Fluent written and spoken English
