About the Role

You will build and lead Adyen’s APAC IT support function from the Singapore office. You will manage a distributed team across Singapore and Bengaluru, define short-, medium-, and long-term strategies, improve support operations, automate repetitive work, guide projects, make tooling decisions, and partner with regional stakeholders and vendors.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of people management and leadership experience in IT support, technical support, engineering, or a similar technical environment
• Experience recruiting talent, managing performance, coaching, and mentoring
• Business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Deep administrative experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, and Slack
• Experience managing macOS environments
• Knowledge of ticket management systems and data analysis
• Experience using scripting and automation to reduce manual workloads
• Technical understanding of Logitech meeting room equipment, Zoom Rooms, event spaces, all-hands areas, Grafana, and observability tools
• Fluent written and spoken English

• Supervise, guide, and mentor a distributed team of five
• Set team goals, delegate tasks, and manage performance
• Deliver a high-quality APAC support experience
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve internal IT systems and workflows
• Coordinate support improvement projects, timelines, budgets, and delivery
• Provide architectural and tooling guidance
• Partner with regional management and cross-functional teams
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
