About the Role
You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for US go-to-market roles. You will identify and engage candidates, maintain talent pipelines, conduct outreach and qualification screens, track activity in the applicant tracking system, and support US hiring priorities during Eastern Time night-shift hours.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience sourcing talent for US GTM or commercial hiring
- Experience recruiting or sourcing in B2B SaaS, software, cloud, technology, or AI
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools
- Written and verbal communication skills for candidate outreach and screening
- Ability to manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines independently
- Ability to work remotely during 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST
- Ability to track sourcing activity and work toward pipeline goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for US GTM positions
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels
- Build talent pipelines for US sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, and other GTM roles
- Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, and qualification screens
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline progress, and candidate feedback in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate across time zones to support US hiring priorities during EST night-shift hours
- Track US talent markets, competitor organizations, and B2B SaaS and AI trends
