The role supports EU regulatory strategy, partnerships with financial institutions, regulators, and enterprise clients, collaboration with Hopae's global hubs, digital identity initiatives, OpenWallet Foundation projects, and the growth of Hopae's Luxembourg presence.
Requirements
- Based in or relocating to Luxembourg
- Fluent in English; French, German, or Luxembourgish is a meaningful plus
- Comfortable operating in multilingual, multicultural, and cross-border environments
- Familiar with or curious about EU financial regulation, digital identity, or regtech
- Thrives in fast-moving, async, globally distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Join a core global function such as Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Marketing, or Business
- Help navigate and shape Hopae's strategy across EU regulatory frameworks including eIDAS 2.0, AML, GDPR, and MiCA
- Build and grow partnerships with financial institutions, regulators, and enterprise clients across Benelux and the broader EU
- Bridge Luxembourg's institutional ecosystem with Hopae's global hubs in Paris, Seoul, and San Francisco
- Contribute to the European Digital Identity Wallet initiative and OpenWallet Foundation projects
- Help establish and scale Hopae's presence in Luxembourg
