About the Role
You will own searches end to end, from calibrating with hiring managers to sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates. You will build candidate pipelines across multiple channels, manage follow-ups and objections, improve recruiting systems, and represent the employer professionally throughout every candidate interaction.
Requirements
- Exceptional English
- German is a plus
- Track record of sourcing and closing top talent
- Based in New York or willing to relocate
Responsibilities
- Own searches end to end
- Calibrate hiring criteria with hiring managers
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and niche communities
- Research candidates before outreach
- Engage and follow up with candidates
- Handle objections and close hires
- Build sourcing playbooks, tooling, and automation
- Track search progress and remove blockers
