About the Role

You will act as the internal engine for hiring: partner directly with founders to define hiring bars, manage relationships with external search firms, and keep the CRM/ATS data pristine. You will build the operational infrastructure to scale hiring, drive candidate follow-ups, and handle high-volume scheduling and interview coordination.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience
  • Experience at a VC, high-growth startup, or recruitment firm (early experience acceptable)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High ownership and initiative
  • Ability to work directly with founders

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring operations
  • Liaise with hiring managers and external search firms
  • Partner with founders to define hiring bars
  • Own and maintain the CRM/ATS and candidate data
  • Coordinate high-volume scheduling and interviews
