About the Role
You will act as the internal engine for hiring: partner directly with founders to define hiring bars, manage relationships with external search firms, and keep the CRM/ATS data pristine. You will build the operational infrastructure to scale hiring, drive candidate follow-ups, and handle high-volume scheduling and interview coordination.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience
- Experience at a VC, high-growth startup, or recruitment firm (early experience acceptable)
- Strong organizational skills
- High ownership and initiative
- Ability to work directly with founders
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring operations
- Liaise with hiring managers and external search firms
- Partner with founders to define hiring bars
- Own and maintain the CRM/ATS and candidate data
- Coordinate high-volume scheduling and interviews
