About the Role
You will coordinate R&D interviews and scheduling, host onsite candidates, communicate timely updates, and maintain accurate ATS records. You will identify process gaps, report hiring metrics, support events, and create scalable operational improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent operations experience
- Experience managing calendars, time zones, and changing priorities
- Ability to manage sensitive information
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
- Technical or research team support experience is preferred
- Ashby experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for the R&D team
- Host onsite candidates
- Communicate updates to candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate Ashby ATS data
- Improve hiring and meeting processes
- Report hiring pace, time-to-hire, and team-growth metrics
- Support team events, offsites, and research show-and-tells
- Build scalable solutions for operational issues
