About the Role
Support Talent Managers throughout campaign execution by communicating with brands, agencies, and creators, researching partnerships, managing CRM records, coordinating invoicing and payments, and participating in client calls.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an internship or full-time role within a related industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to varying demands with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Understanding of the creator economy, social media trends, and influencer dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Support Talent Managers with end-to-end campaign execution.
- Communicate daily with brands, agencies, and creators.
- Conduct market research and scout new creator and brand partnerships.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by Talent Managers.
- Maintain prompt, professional communication between brand clients and creators.
- Handle invoicing and coordinate with accounting to ensure payments are received.
- Participate in client calls to gain insights from experienced managers.
- Manage campaigns and update CRM records with contracts, payment information, and campaign details.
