About the Role
You will provide operational and administrative support throughout the recruitment process. You will coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment data, support job postings and candidate pipelines, assist with onboarding logistics, and contribute to reporting and process-improvement projects.
Requirements
- 12–18 months of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or related administrative support
- Experience maintaining ATS data accuracy
- Experience with Ashby
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to apply creative approaches to business challenges
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Monitor interview and requisition processes in Ashby and Workday
- Support early-talent recruitment activities
- Develop job-posting strategies
- Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships
- Create target-company and candidate lists
- Support onboarding logistics for candidates and hiring managers
- Support recruitment reporting and process-improvement initiatives
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with policies and requirements
- Stay current on recruitment industry trends
