About the Role
You will support the planning and execution of defense and aerospace projects. You will coordinate engineering inputs, schedules, risks, work packages, suppliers, technical documentation, design reviews, procurement planning, and contract deliverables across disciplines.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Experience supporting engineering projects through requirements definition, verification, and delivery
- 4–7 years of experience in project engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Aerospace or defense industry background
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management and IMP/IMS scheduling tools
- Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies and DoD acquisition processes
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related STEM field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project
- Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities
- Support technical planning and execution of engineering projects
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, inchstone plans, and work packages
- Participate in cross-functional Integrated Product Teams
- Coordinate engineering inputs across disciplines
- Identify and track program risks and opportunities
- Develop engineering project plans and integration activities
- Maintain statements of work and support subcontract management
- Support trade studies, procurement planning, and make-buy analyses
- Prepare for design reviews and customer meetings
- Draft and review test plans, ECNs, and interface documentation
- Ensure adherence to deliverables, CDRLs, and contract requirements
