About the Role
You will administer the Salesforce organization, manage its data architecture and platform health, and build GTM automations with Flows, Apex, and custom services. You will develop Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling, maintain SQL data pipelines for reporting, and translate ambiguous business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Salesforce administration experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce object models, Flows, data-loading tools, and platform configuration
- Apex development skills for custom logic, triggers, and integrations
- SQL proficiency, including complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic
- Ability to trace end-to-end systems and downstream dependencies
- Knowledge of AI-native systems, Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents
Responsibilities
- Administer the Salesforce organization, object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health
- Build and maintain GTM automations using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling
- Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines for dashboards and revenue reporting
- Translate ambiguous business problems into technical scope and implemented solutions
