About the Role
You partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into system solutions. You gather and document requirements, create specifications and process flows, support solution design, testing, implementation planning, user acceptance testing, production readiness, system enhancements, defect analysis, and change requests, while maintaining accurate system documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience performing systems or business analysis in a technology delivery environment
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid SDLC methodologies
- Experience with data analysis, system interfaces, and process modeling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience working across multiple teams and managing dependencies
- Experience supporting large-scale or multi-team initiatives is a plus
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into system specifications, process flows, and functional designs
- Work with developers, testers, and project managers on solution delivery
- Identify requirements gaps, risks, and dependencies
- Support requirements validation, test case review, and issue triage
- Assist with implementation planning, user acceptance testing, and production readiness
- Analyze and support system enhancements, defects, and change requests
- Maintain requirements, process-flow, and system documentation
- Liaise across business, technology, and operations throughout delivery
