About the Role
You will manage career development, coach engineers and provide feedback. You will act as Scrum Master, facilitate planning, remove blockers and help turn priorities into achievable delivery plans. You will work with Product Owners and technical leads to keep progress visible and improve collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience managing and developing software engineers through coaching, feedback and career conversations
- Practical experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar team facilitation role
- Ability to help teams plan realistically, remove obstacles and improve processes
- Experience working alongside Product Owners and technical leads
- Communication and facilitation skills in English and Polish
- Background in Linux kernel, device drivers, or low-level C and C++ software
- Legal right to work in Poland
