About the Role
You will monitor and operate automation systems, respond to alerts and stoppages, coordinate production flow, and troubleshoot software and equipment issues. You will analyze dashboards, SQL queries, logs, and scripts, maintain operational records, support scheduling and maintenance readiness, and train operators.
Requirements
- English literacy may be required depending on site, customer, and business needs in Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot automation systems, robotics, and the autonomous bot fleet.
- Respond to system alerts, stoppages, and operational disruptions while coordinating production flow.
- Support production scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory movement, and operational readiness.
- Monitor dashboards, system queues, routing logic, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks.
- Use automation software, diagnostic tools, SQL queries, log analysis, and scripting for monitoring and root-cause investigations.
- Maintain documentation, operational reports, and records of system events and corrective actions.
- Train and support operators on troubleshooting, standard work, and equipment procedures.
